These terms cover your use of InviteLetter, a product of Pulsar Interactive Pte. Ltd., Singapore. UEN 202550480W (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

The service

InviteLetter turns a letter template and a list of people into one PDF per person. Templates you write or save are kept in your account; your lists are used to make letters and never kept (see the privacy policy).

Your lists and your responsibility

• You must have a lawful basis, such as consent, to use the personal data on the lists you load.
• You are responsible for the content of your letters and for checking them before you send them.
• Templates drafted or changed by AI are drafts. Check every one before you save and use it.

Plans and payment

Plans and their limits are shown on the pricing page. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled; the Event Pass lasts 30 days and doesn't renew. Unused letters and AI readings don't carry over. [Refunds and taxes to confirm.]

Acceptable use

Don't use InviteLetter to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing letters, to impersonate others, or to try to access other customers' data or the service's systems.

Availability and liability

We work to keep InviteLetter available and your templates safe, but the service is provided as is. [Limitation of liability to confirm.]

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. [Notice periods to confirm.]
